What is the Difference between Post-Genderism and Gender Neutrality?

e      Gender neutrality means that an item, idea, event or action does not pertain or appeal specifically to one gender over another and never has. Ex. Breathing, eating and sleeping.
In order for something to be post-gendered it has to have been associated with one gender in the past, but is now associated with neither  males nor females or both males and females.
A pair of pants are a prime example of a post-gendered item that is associated with neither males nor females. A skirt, a piece of clothing associated with females, that has a skull or other stereotypically masculine symbols on it is an example of an item that is made post-gendered by its inclusion of masculine and feminine elements.
